It was a joy to work with Stephanie, she was very professional and knowledgeable about the Real Estate market. She spent quite a bit of time explaining the process of selling my home and what to expect prior to my signing a contract with her. Stephanie knew how to market the property, set the showing and keep me encouraged when I began to think I'd have to reduce my asking price substantially, but I didn't have to as my property sold in about 40 days. She was really awesome!!!
