Our house purchase was a long and toilsome journey because of Benton County bureaucracy shenanigans. Stephanie was there with us at every step to help us through the jungle of permits required to buy our house from 3000 miles away. She constantly went the extra mile for us even when we did not ask her to. I mean that quite literally. Whenever we had a question from the other side of the country, she would go to the house and figure it out in person if needed. It’s a scary thing to buy a house online from the other side of the continent, but with Stephanie‘s guidance I never had to worry. That’s what I call professionalism.
