The home we sold was for our mother who had recently passed. Being from outside the area, we were in need of a seasoned agent who could help us navigate the prep, listing and sale of the property from 3000 miles away. Stephanie showed up on a moments notice and immediately took us under her wing as we navigated this entire process. She help line up craftspeople, advised on update to colors, carpet and general landscaping, knowing exactly what her customers were looking for. Through all of this, no questions went unanswered, no call was too late or too early (as we were up to 5 time zones away) and emails & texts were prompt and always closed the issues, so we could move forward with confidence Stephanie's professionalism, eye for detail, keen timelines and great disposition help us navigate through multiple offers as we moved from listing the property to close in less than three weeks! We can't believe how stress free the transaction was and owe this all to Stephanie and her honest care of her customers and her great communication skills. I would give her 6 stars if possible.

Stephanie is the definition of Southern Hospitality! Buying a house is not an regular occurance for most, but Stephanie is consistently in the real estate world. She is able to anticipate and ensure that every detail of the buyer or sellers due diligence is done before going to closing. Countless times she mentioned, offered or asked something that had me asking myself “why didn’t I think about that?” With so much on my mind on other parts of the process knowing Stephanie was there to make sure my best interests were protected allowed my to focus my attention elsewhere. She also offers a network of contacts for painters, carpet cleaners and other contractors that provide exceptional work. Five stars and more!
