Stephanie Shelton

Stephanie was amazing to work with and the made the process so easy. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. I would recommend her to any buyer or seller getting ready to start the process. My favorite thing that she did was made a notebook to leave in the house for all prospective buyers to read. It included the disclosure statement, lists of things we loved about our home, and typical utility cost. I really liked this because I felt like they were very informed when it was time to make an offer.
