Stephanie worked with us to find our new home. She quickly understood the needs we had and what a successful move would look like for us. Her knowledge of the process and nuances are second to none. The high level of our trust she earned led us to also work with her to sell our old home. At no point did we wonder whose interest she was serving...it was always ours. She is well-connected and helped solve several needs through contractors and handymen (or handypeople). Her availability for discussions and showings was virtually always. The buying of a new home and the selling of our old home we consider very successful. We would highly recommend Stephanie as a trusted realtor for either buying or selling!
