Stephanie has worked with us for over 2 years to find a house that we could call home. The first attempt we made a mistake. Our offer was accepted, it didn't check any of the boxes. Stephanie bailed us out and she never thought twice about it or ever mentioned it. During the time that we worked together she constantly sent us suggestions. Matter of fact, she was the one that found the house that we bought. There were some bumps along the way and she remained hopeful. We closed on this house in 14 or 15 working days! She played a major role, working many late nights(9:30 pm)drafting documents and walking us through them making sure we understood before we signed anything. Her knowledge and experience are excellent and showed on many occasions. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of and always able to communicate with us. Stephanie is very proactive. Anticipating questions we would have and getting the answers before we asked. Putting all this together, Stephanie is an energetic and extremely knowledgeable and professional realtor.
