Stephanie was a consummate professional. Her market knowledge guided us from remodeling to sale closing. She quickly responded to any inquiries we made with current market based information. Could not be more pleased with the experience and it's outcome. Would recommend Stephanie to anyone in need of a reality professional.
Our move to country living threw us a few challenges in terms of things like well water and septic systems, but Stephanie was there every step of the way. She helped keep all of the testing and inspections organized, and ultimately landed us the best deal possible on the price of the property. She listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and gave solicited advice to when we were unsure. Highly recommend.
Stephanie made the whole process easy and smooth! She’s very knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m very glad we had her as our agent! I highly recommend her to everyone!
If you go with Stephanie you'll get the best. She is clever, kind, understanding, and patient. She is an experienced real estate agent and knows what's best for her client. She made sure we understood exactly what was going on and communicated in a language we understood. She's very comfortable to be around, professional, yet friendly. We trusted her completely to get the most out of our house that was possible, and she did not disappoint us. I can't say enough good things about her. She's the best you can get.
My experience was super smooth and quick. She was able to market and sell my home very quickly and made sure all parties were happy!
A lot has changed since I was last in the market to buy a house. She kept us informed and prepared for every challenge along the way. She is an amazing realtor and will be my go to for any future needs.
Working with Stephanie was awesome. Considering I had no knowledge of what I was doing, she was always very helpful and informative and always kept me up to date on things. She made the process of buying and also selling very easy. I definitely recommend.
She will be patient and understanding when it comes to what you want and she will not stop to get it for you.
Stephanie did an amazing job showing us multiple properties that were exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. She made sure we were completely comfortable during the entire process. While looking at houses, she helped look at things that were questionable at some houses, helping us see potential problems. Stephanie even went back to a house to help the contractor fix something he uncovered during the inspection of the problem that would have stopped us from getting our earnest money back on a sale we backed out of. She went above and beyond in every way.
Stephanie was super easy to work with and she was quick. We got the house sold quickly and she kept me updated at all times. I highly recommend to anybody looking to sell or buy!
Stephanie went over and beyond her duty to sell these homes. My father passed away and she was so helpful during an emotional experience. I can't thank her or compliment her enough!!!!❤
Stephanie always showed with up with a chipper attitude, and candid demeanor that was reassuring. She always made herself available to deal with any questions or concerns I had, within reason. I highly recommend her, and hope she thrives.
