She made my family feel very comfortable. She never made us feel stupid about any questions we had. Being first time home buyers, my husband and I had no clue. She even made suggestions for us, what to look for and her option on what was a good deal or not. She was very patient. Stephanie was the first realtor to reach out to us after we showed interest in a home on Zillow. She was able to set up a showing the following day (Sunday). I liked her the moment I met her; friendly, prompt, down-to-earth, and honest. Unfortunately, the first home didn't work out but Stephanie was diligent in searching for the home we were looking for; in our price-range, type of neighborhood, and design. She sent us daily links to homes we may like as well as personal emails if she found something amazing. After a few showings, she found the perfect home for us. After writing the offer, she was there every step of the way. Offering suggestions for a mortgage company, home inspector, etc. Everything has moved along so smoothly and we are set to close in the next two weeks. I feel Stephanie went to the max to help us find our home and highly recommend her!!
