Absolutely amazing!! She had all the answers to our questions and if she didn’t, she found out right away. She was always available, even at times I thought might be outside of business hours. As first time home buyers, we had almost no knowledge of what to look for and she always made sure to point out possible problems. She really wanted to help find the perfect house that worked us. She found our dream house and then negotiated for us an extremely good price! Stephanie also has a glowing personality and really makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. Stephanie was amazing! My fiancé and I live across the country and were looking to buy a house back home. She took my parents to a few different houses, multiple times for me and my fiancé. If you’re looking to buy or sell in NE PA, Steph is amazing. She did realty backflips for us to buy in Bradford County. The transaction had some nuance to it that needed an expert, and it had to be done during the holidays, in other words, offices were often closed. Plus, we were buying from out of state, so she often had to do extra things to make our transaction go smoothly. She’s cool as a cucumber, not much fazes her, and she knows the area like the back of her hand! She even talked us out of one place because of her knowledge of it. All in all, we saved money and heartache by going with Steph. You should too! Call her! You’ll be so happy you did!
