Stephanie Rodd provided excellent service and guidance in selling our home. From preparing the home for sale by walking through the property several months before we were ready to sell (giving us time to make any needed repairs that would help the home sell), to making recommendations for cosmetic fixes that would appeal to more buyers, to taking photographs for the listing that showed our home in a very positive way, to reviewing all previous sales in our neighborhood with us to ensure that the home was priced right, to reviewing all of the offers received (5 in two days) so that we could choose the one that was just right for us, to negotiating timing, wants versus needs, Stephanie was with us every step of the way.
