This was our first house in NC. We were searching for a house with "good bones" that needed a face lift. All I can say is that Stephanie was awesome. On the first house that we wanted to see, we emailed the general response box and Stephanie responded while we were still in the driveway looking at the outside of it. Stephanie came out and met us there and we knew we didn't want to deal with anyone else. She went on to show us many different ones until we found the right deal. Once our rehab is complete we will be listing with her.
