I promise I am not being paid for this review and it is true....Stephanie was as close to perfect as you can get for a realtor. I had a horrible experience with a builder when I came to Stephanie. She was so knowledgeable about the types of loans, she had connections, and she cared. To make a long story short...I closed in 45 days with a great townhouse. I highly recommend her. I initially selected her because she sold more than the other realtors on Zillow and now I know why. It was such a great experience for me and I would recommend her highly. Stephanie ROCKS!

Last year my husband and I needed to sell our home. We were in that group of homeowners that had an upside down mortgage which meant that we had to do a short sale. It's tedious and annoying to say the least. But Stephanie was very patient, and downright bold in her dealings with our bank. Banks like to be difficult during short sales and the bureaucracy is nauseating. But she kept her head on straight and represented us well. She is very knowledgeable about the short sale process and we definitely couldn't get this done without her.
