Stephanie was awesome to work with. She is definitely committed to making the whole process easy for the seller. I got excellent communication, feedback and help in a very timely manner. She guided me in the direction I needed to go, and we got so many offers (around 9) on the first day. She followed through on everything she promised and went the extra mile herself purchasing what was needed and involving her husband to help fix several issues in the house, a sliding door, couple of windows etc. she hired the necessary people to clean the house inside, wash the siding, tidy up the yard and remove junk from the property. It was stress free having someone in my corner that I could rely on and trust to do a superb job. It allowed me to focus on things at home in Indiana and not have to fly to New York. It truly was a pleasure working with Stephanie and I’d give her 200% in points and would call her back in a heartbeat if I needed a realtor out there, I would highly recommend her for a trouble free process.
