Stephanie expertly leveraged the intense interest her strategy gained to motivate the most interested buyers to place immediate and appropriate offers which resulted in the highest price seen in my area for similar property. She then managed the inspection and appraisal processes efficiently which required no effort on my part. Additionally she worked with the buyers agent to assure the moving process went smoothly. Because she knows all Phoenix neighborhoods well, I was able to find my dream home at the right price. You can't go wrong if you decide to hire Stephanie to represent you in your next real estate transaction.

I would give zero stars if possible. I had an awful experience with Stephanie. I wanted to look at a home on a Saturday so I reached out on a Friday night. She was responsive and agreed to meet at 11 in the morning (we live in the same complex, yet she did not offer to drive). We met at 11 the next day at the house. She came across as nice enough but rather pushy. She was pushing for me to buy this particular home I was looking at. I was interested in possibly purchasing the home but had not even spoken to a broker and was not quite sure what I could afford. After speaking to the broker, I found out that the home was out of my price range. I let Stephanie know that I could not afford the home unfortunately. I sent an additional text letting her know the types of homes I was looking to buy as well as my new price range. That was a week ago, and I have not heard from her since. No text, call, or email, just radio silence. I guess since I didn't purchase the home after her working with me for one hour was enough for her to get her feelings hurt and never reach out to me again. Needless to say, I found a new realtor that is professional and follows up. I would not recommend Stephanie to anyone unless you like laziness.
