Stephanie is no nonsense and got the job done quickly and satisfactorily when other realtors were somewhat unsure about how to best present our property. I guess we are kinda long winded people and need a bit of hand holding and that’s the only reason I only gave her 4 stars instead of 5 on communication. To be fair though, being concise and being able to move on is probably why we liked her though and why our property sold quickly. I would definitely recommend her. Especially if you want to get top dollar quickly!?? P.S. Her husband even came out and helped us clean up some things on a skidsteer one day!

Hands down you should have Stephanie Nichols on your side! She is honest, hard working and always there when you need her! We relocated from another state so during our build we were too far away to not have someone we could trust to help us in our new state. We were so thankful to have her! You won’t be disappointed.
