Stephanie sold lot 201 at the Preserve at Lay Lake for me earlier this year, it was not the easiest lot to sell because it was not located close to the lake but was just inside the subdivision, there were a few other matters that she had to overcome in order to get the sale to close, and she helped navigate the buyers onward and solved some of the issues we faced to get this closed...she did a super job!
