While we were initially not overly motivated to sell our lake home, we looked to Stephanie for appropriate pricing, marketing and management of our listing. She had been in almost every house that had been on the Lay Lake market. Using that experience she consulted with other agents to determine a price- not that we would simply accept, but one that reflected many distinguishing attributes associated with our house and property. We requested that she qualify potential buyers and be present when the house was shown in order to point out the many exceptional items that were included with the property that might not be visible or obvious. For our part we committed to keep the house in ‘showable’ condition at all times. Throughout the ~5 months on the market through the closing, Stephanie was always very responsive, thorough and knowledgable in her communications with us and we never felt we were ‘bothering’ her. And finally, it was especially meaningful for us to have an agent who works the listing in finding qualified buyers and not one who takes the listing and waits on someone else to bring a prospect!
