Stephanie and Kyle MacDonald were very much a pleasure to work with on finding our new home. They both went over and beyond in every part of the home buying process--from listening to our needs and wants, to respecting our time lines, and finding homes within our desired location within our price range. They negotiated our contract price well, repair items, and had a professional referral for all of our needs: mortgage broker, appraisal and survey companies, electricians, etc. We purchased a home with a city sewer drain pipe in our backyard and Stephanie offered to go down to the city courthouse to gain as much information for the city's requirements on what we could and couldn't do around the pipe.
