Stephanie and Kyle MacDonald were very much a pleasure to work with on finding our new home. They both went over and beyond in every part of the home buying process--from listening to our needs and wants, to respecting our time lines, and finding homes within our desired location within our price range. They negotiated our contract price well, repair items, and had a professional referral for all of our needs: mortgage broker, appraisal and survey companies, electricians, etc. We purchased a home with a city sewer drain pipe in our backyard and Stephanie offered to go down to the city courthouse to gain as much information for the city's requirements on what we could and couldn't do around the pipe. We highly recommend this team for any type of buyer--they will always put your needs first!

We just bought our first home in Brookhaven using the MacDonald Team! Both Stephanie and Kyle were so great during the entire process. Having the two of them was a bonus for us because each were so knowledgeable on different aspects of real estate, the market, communities, locations, etc. Stephanie and Kyle always stayed so positive and supportive everyday. They were always willing to answer any questions we had and discuss on the phone or in person at any given time. Without the help of Stephanie and Kyle, we wouldn't be in our dream home!
