Stephanie has worked with me to find suitable investment properties over the past year in a tight sellers market. After making multiple offers in our highlighted search area we were unable to find the right deal within the cap rate I established. She brought me a nice 4-plex outside of our initial search area which I ended up buying. She was helpful not only in closing a complex deal but she thought outside of the box to make the deal happen in a market of multiple over asking price offers. I will continue to work with her on more properties.
