Excellent, proactive & knowledgeable

Stephanie was excellent to work with, in a process that had an unexpected bump in the road that required us to make decisions and shift our priorities and focus within just a couple days. All along the way she was a guiding hand, keeping me both informed as well as tending to some of the loose ends that working out of town could easily get away from me. She kept us informed and helped us to prioritize some things before, during and after the sale. She managed our level of expectation not only for the process of buying a home, but also alerted us to potential problems & opportunities throughout the process. We cannot say enough good things about the support, level of service and attention to both my wife & myself throughout the process. Stephanie came highly recommended by a friend and more than lived up to those expectations.
