The rumors were true!
We were told by several people in our social circle that Stephanie Lloyd was a fantastic agent. She's helped several people we know buy and sell (or both) in the recent past, so we called her for our most recent purchase and had the best experience. Stephanie is a straight shooter, negotiated well and fought for us on things we needed and helped shape our expectations on the entire process as buyers. Great communication, genuine caring and support, and a fun little celebration when we closed...5 stars!
