I can't give Stephanie higher than 5 stars, I would if I could! She was very helpful and knowledgable of the area along with the market trends in not only Brookings, OR but the whole southern Oregon coast where we were looking to buy a house. She was so helpful with all of our questions and inquiries - and we are so at home with the new house Stephanie was able to work her magic and help us get moved into in less than 2 weeks! Stephanie has been fantastic, She is warm, friendly and a true professional. We are considering buying a second home in or near Brookings and Stephanie has been extremely helpful in showing us properties in the area and helping us get to know the various neighborhoods and properties. We do not currently live in the area and Stephanie goes out of her way to answer our questions, get pertinent information for us and is always very responsive to our emails, phone calls and text messages.

Stephanie is amazing. I lived out of the area and had to do everything long distance. Stephanie adjusted her schedule to show me houses the one weekend I was in town, kept in touch with me on every detail, and answered all my questions right away. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about Brookings and her knowledge showed. Stephanie's help didn't end the day of purchase as she has followed up with me several times afterward to check in and make sure I was setting in comfortably.
