This review is long overdue! I am so grateful for Stephanie. She is an amazing person and a reliable and well informed agent. Stephanie helped me from across the country as I had to quickly sell a rental property in NC from WA. She was professional and practical and immediately gained my trust. I knew she had my best interest at heart so I never questioned her strategy. She was ambitious with setting my listing price but very confident. The house wasn’t even on the market for a month and we sold it for very close to asking price and in an uncertain time. I’ve worked with many agents in the past- Stephanie is one of the best!
