About Stephanie

I was born in Shreveport and have been here my entire life. I love this area, and can’t imagine living anywhere else, (with the exception of a beach, if I had a windfall of money) I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Northwestern State University College of Nursing, and practiced for many years in the Emergency Room. I gained great satisfaction from nursing, as it allowed me to help people. I have been married for 20 years. I have 3 children, 3 grandchildren, 2 dogs and 1 cat. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, cooking, and most of all traveling I obtained my real estate license in 2006, and recently (February 2017) obtained my real estate brokers license, and opened my own brokerage, Laboutique Realty SB. In opening my own brokerage I strive to give very personalized service to my clients, whether you are buying a new home, or selling your current home.

First Time Buyer

The first time you buy a house it can be a really scary experience. You don't really know what to expect. There are so many contracts and people and loopholes...
