She has a lot of experience that has helped us as we start developing land, and she helped us meet with our builder to make sure we were understanding everything and had a clear direction. Stephanie was fully invested in my success. I was not an easy client - I'm picky, I was on a schedule and absolutely HAD to close by a certain date. Once my offer was accepted, the seller threw us a serious curveball that could have destroyed my schedule - Stephanie went to work and called in a personal favor to make sure the time impact was minimal.
