Stephanie helped us with our new home build. My husband and I are VERY picky. Fortunately for us, so is Stephanie! Two words I would use to describe Stephanie are diligent and above. She is diligent when it comes to every aspect of your home. She made sure she was in constant communication with our builder on completion dates. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She will take pictures of water lines, so you know where you can mount your tv. She brought her own roll of tape for our drywall walk through. She is not afraid to stand up for her client. Our house was a tuffy! We customized a cookie cutter home in a neighborhood that was tucked away from any highway. Never will I do that again! Stephanie helped us every bit of the way with any trials and tribulations we had in selling Stephanie always had a way to fix any trouble. From the beginning to suggesting we have a bid for cracks to the end negotiations to close out the deal Stephanie gave her all the ENTIRE time and she is a gift to any agency!!!!
