Stephanie is an excellent realtor. We first reached out to her three months before moving to Madison from Vancouver, BC. We reached out to five realtors at the time, but Stephanie’s was by far and away the most detailed and informative response. Her commitment to us remained once we arrived in Madison and began our ‘on-the-ground’ property search. Stephanie was proactive in this role, forwarding us relevant properties each day, and providing us with extra info on each (e.g., condition reports, neighborhood stats, etc.). She was always available to meet at a time of our choosing, and once at the property, was able to provide info on its details far beyond what we ourselves would have considered. Stephanie is knowledgeable, committed, hard-working, and just plain nice. We highly recommend her and are already looking forward to working with her again!
