I cannot even begin to express in a short review how amazing Stephanie is going to be as your real estate agent. Not only is she extremely knowledgable, she is also a keen investigator; she will always have your best interests in mind throughout your buying process as her client. She is extremely well organized, thorough, responsive in a timely manner, and makes informed suggestions catered to your wants and needs as her client though your decision making process. She has a communication gift that you might not be ready for, but you NEED. If you're looking to sell or purchase property, she is going to get you the best deal in the most ethical fashion, period. Stephanie helped me sell my father's home after he passed, and there is no way I could have done it without her. She managed every aspect of the selling process with me and made sure my wants and needs were her priorities. In addition to lending expert advice when I was unsure of what to do, Stephanie also managed to keep me informed of every sensitive timeline that approached. I could write pages complimenting her professionalism, but to try to keep it short I'll simply say, GO WITH STEPHANIE WHEN CHOOSING YOUR REALTOR!!
