I highly recommend Stephanie to sell your home! She did an open house and it was packed; she had signs, flags, balloons, snacks and music. The most exciting part is she sold my house on the first open house; we actually had 7 offers over asking. In the end she sold it for $41,000 over asking price! She was pivotal in making sure the transaction went smoothly by communicating throughout the whole process. At one point we had an issue with the appraisal as there was no house similar to mine so it came back short;so Stephanie worked with the buyers and the buyers appraiser and made it happen. She was able to get the appraisal up an additional $10K which helped the buyers to buy their dream home without having to come out of pocket additional monies.
