Stephanie is a very nice person and I wish I could write her a good review. First - Stephanie did NOT sell my Co-op. Buyer’s realtor did all the selling. You listed my unit (prior to my signing the contract). In 5 months you did not show my unit one time. You listed & coordinated with SHOWING realtors needs. The one time I saw you, I was advised that if YOU sold my unit, you would charge 4%. You did not disclose that your office is in Novi - 40 miles away. When I found out & tried to change to a local realtor, I let you talk me out of changing (shame on me). Fortunately for you, I did get a buyer - 5 months later - $10k less than original asking price, $1500 in maintenance fees, and an assessment fee of $6k (that you kept dismissing). Taking the assessment fee into account, I ended up selling my unit for $88k - a $17k drop from original asking price of $105k - which you assured me was a good price. By the way, another unit just sold for $105k in just one week! Recently I asked for a breakdown of charges. You sent me a picture of 2 checks - that do not add up to the selling price of $95k.
