It was such an amazing experience working with Stephanie as first time home buyers! We went in with no knowledge and a million questions and she was able to answer them all, even the hypotheticals! She showed us some amazing homes in our budget with knowledge about school ratings which was extremely important to us because we have three children. She was so thoughtful in every aspect! We bought our home in 2020 during Covid and Stephanie went out of her way to make sure to keep our family safe by providing over the phone video chat viewings and virtual meetings. She communicated every step and explained the process to us. She is extremely thoughtful, when we got the keys to our home she had a welcome home basket waiting for us. When it was time to look for a home Stephanie got us prequalified and made sure that the close of both properties were concurrent. She found quite a few properties for us to look at that were in our qualifying range. We chose California City because we knew we could find the size home and property for what we wanted to spend. Once We found the property the offer was submitted and we closed in 45 days per our request because of the amount of stuff we had to move, our schedules and of course setting up movers and such. Stephanie stayed on top of the situation because we did have some setbacks with the selling agent not cooperating with repair requests. Stephanie stayed diligent to the end. Stephanie proved to me she passionate about real estate and would go above and beyond to take care of her client. Very happy with her as an agent

When I first decided to list my mobile home and purchase my house I chose Stephanie for several reasons. She was a co-worker at a retail chain and she was looking to be a successful realtor. I saw a lot of passion and potential and I new she would work hard for me. I initially just wanted to unload the mobile home to use the proceeds as a down payment.
