The time had finally come to sell our vacant lot that had been in our family for years! Not being in the local area, we searched through the internet and tried to find someone we felt would be a good fit for us. After speaking with different agents/brokers, we knew Stephanie was going to be the one for us! When talking to most agents we always got the feeling they were more concerned about just getting us to sign a contract. That was not the case with Stephanie. Phone calls, text messages and emails were always answered in a short period of time. She even responded to some of our concerns when she was on vacation in New York. After we went under contract, the professional service didn’t change. She kept informing us of her marketing plan and always shared or requested our approval before items were released. Our property was only on the market for a couple of days before we received our first offer. The negotiation phase went flawless, and all parties walked away extremely happy. The title company sent the documents needed prior to hurricane Milton so closing could be completed on schedule. We would highly recommend Stephanie Ingram!!!!
