Stephanie Holly was recommended to me by a friend and I am grateful. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about expectations, marketing, home prep, and positive support. There was lots of traffic thru the home and reviews after each visit. There were offers made and she worked with me in choosing the offer that was best for me and the buyer. My home sold quickly!! At each stage Stephanie took time to explain all that was happening. She prepared me for the closing process so that everything went smoothly. Because of her diligence and skills the selling process went smoothly, and made sure that I was aware of all that was happening. What could have been a VERY stressful situation wasn't because of her skillful efforts.
