Well, that one failed as did the next two until we hit on one in Goodyear. Since we couldn't see the home, Stephanie showed it to us via FaceTime. Luckily we won that one! Since we are "absentee buyer", she bent over backwards to help us and still does! From hiring carpet cleaners, to getting chemicals for the pool, she has gone above and beyond her duties! She always communicates with us. AND, we were able to rent the house until November, through her company. We can't say enough good things about Stephanie! She works extremely hard and we enjoy her professionally and as a new friend.
