Keeping in budget was so important for us, and Stephanie helped us see the potential in houses we would have otherwise just written off. Due to moving in the middle of a pandemic, houses were being sold within days or even hours of posting, but we never felt rushed to pick a house because our realtor was constantly looking and getting us appointments. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking at houses, she is so sweet and personable with means to find you a house too.
