I would definitely recommend Stephanie to anybody body I know who is looking for a great Realtor in this area. I had a very hard time with other Realtors (I talked to/worked with six others) because nobody else acted like they had the time to deal with me. Stephanie was the first person who listened to what my needs were in a house, and who made the time available to meet around my hectic work schedule. I never felt like she was just trying to finish up with me so she could meet with another client. <br/><br/>I always felt like Stephanie was looking out for my best interests whether it was writing offers or just giving me her opinion of a house. As a first time homebuyer, this was very important. I never felt pressured into settling for a property that I did not love, and when I did find the perfect house, she helped me get it. <br/><br/>Stephanie also made great recommendations for me as well (lender, attorney, etc.) which also helped make the rest of the home buying process run smoothly.
