This was our first time buying a home and Stephanie so kindly walked us through each part of the process and was extremely communicative the entire time. Our transition to North Carolina began with exploring real estate on Zillow. Zillow allows you to submit a question on a property, which we did. Almost immediately, we received a response from Stephanie with the answer to our query. Thereafter, whenever we saved a property on Zillow, we’d get a friendly note from her stating that if we needed additional info or wanted to see the property, then she was there to help. We advised her that we would not be serious buyers until such time that our house in Florida sold. She remained attentive but never intrusive during that period. When the Florida house sold, we let her know that we would now begin our Hickory search in earnest - that’s when she dropped it down a few gears and went into action! Stephanie made it extremely easy for us to convey our requirements. We provided a list of properties, sorted by interest level, the first or which had been taken off the market 6 months previous. She quickly responded with our itinerary of showings on the day that we’d be in town. She even got us a tour of that favorite, off-market house (wow!). Our tour day went smooth as silk. Stephanie’s market knowledge was on display as was her ability to call-out concerns or potential problems with a house, especially the favorite, off-market home that turned out to be extremely problematic. At the end of the day, we did indeed find the house to love. A week later, after closing on our Florida home, Stephenie helped to successfully negotiate the offer that became the sale and even found opportunities to bring money back to the deal from the seller! Through the closing process, there were many buyer tasks that, with our remote status, she jumped in and took care of. We cannot think of a better Agent to guide us through this process and of course, it pleases us to offer our strongest recommendation for Stephanie and team!

Stephanie came highly recommended due to her knowledge of the area we targeted for our purchase. We made the right decision in choosing her. Stephanie stayed the course until we found the right property. Once the contract was submitted, she didn't stop there but helped us navigate through all the preliminary steps of county approval (permitting and zoning) as well as working to obtain the best closing lawyer and survey team. We were able to close on time due to her knowledge and extensive list of contacts. The communication was excellent from start to finish, text, emails, and phone calls.

She pointed out everything good and maybe not so good in relation to the home, but also everything related to the area (e.g. HOA impacts, neighborhood plus/minus, nearest shops, etc.) She had great contacts for home inspections, companies for repair estimates, etc. She worked very efficiently with us and the sellers representative. Even after the completion of the purchase she continued to offer help and advice. Last and not least, just a very nice, pleasant and caring person!!!
