Stephanie assisted my wife and I in buying a property in Clearwater Beach. We had been looking for a house in Florida for 2.5 years. We could not have bought the house without her. Her insight and knowledge about the area was key. She always answered our calls or texts and did not "disappear" when there was a problem. She was extremely professional, personable and very diligent throughout the entire process. We contracted on the house in early December 2015 and closed by the end of the year!
