We had been trying for months to sell our house using another realtor...it didn't go well and we were very frustrated. Steph came in and saved the day. She laid out hard truths and did everything she could to help us sell our house as quickly as possible. She dropped everything to write up an offer on a house we'd had to see without her. She even asked other agents how we could make our offer more appealing. Steph is honest and tells it to you straight. She isn't afraid to ask for help. She does everything she can to make sure every step of the process is easy and successful.

Stephanie was awesome. She is very friendly and personable. Stephanie was on the ball in a fast moving market. We told her what we wanted and she found it. As first time home buyers we were lost and nerves, but she talked us through the process and made everything seem simple and understandable as we proceeded. She did a lot of work behind the scene to make everything go smoothly. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who is in the market. If/when we sale and buy again we will definitely call Stephanie again!

Stephanie knows her stuff! She sold our house in one showing- largely because of her knowledge of the market and brilliant market analysis. She also helped us through a difficult closing on our new house with a seller who was very emotionally attached to the house and was blocking our attempts to do what we needed to do to get our loan to close. She works hard and does everything she can to make the process as painless as possible.

Stephanie is an amazing realtor! She not only was patient with me being picky about what I wanted in my price range, but she also was helpful in making sure I had knowledge about the loan I wanted and what I wanted from a lender. Steph has contacts for lenders if you don't have one picked out and is very knowledgeable about the types out there. She was great once we found the house to make sure the home inspection was done in a timely manner and giving me a time line that was met for the final process once the offer was accepted. Also once I was in the home, I discovered the sellers were not completely honest in the repairs and things required that were agreed to in the contract so she made sure that was corrected and made right. I recommend her for a buyer's agent, but she is going to be selling a family member's home and I think she will be great as a seller's agent as well. She's definitely the realtor to go to!

Stephanie was very good to find houses available in my price range and with the options I was looking for. She was personal and flexible with my chedule and made looking at houses easy. I found a for sale by owner i ended up buying and asked her to help me with it as I was a first time home buyer. She helped me through the whole process and explained everything well as she has many years of experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
