We had a complicated sale involving a Family Trust with multiple family members, Stephanie was great, everything moved smoothly and more quickly than expected. She was able to give us the information we needed to prep the house for sale, and then get it listed, and sold. I can't believe how easy she made it for all of us. She made it look easy :)

During the process that she helping me to buy my house, I was deeply touched by her decent behavior of American value and belief. She is very honest and works very hard. She always responds and help me quickly. As an very experienced Realtor, she often protects me from harm which I am not aware of as a foreigner . She has a team of finance , insurance, handymen who can help me when I was blind ,confused , wondered and didn't know what I should do and help me with her dignified negotiation skills. She also knows every kinds of house structures well and has good art taste, can give me lots of advice on decoration . Due to my poor English, I can't express my appreciations towards Ms. Stephanie Gregory, I want to speak simply : I am very lucky to meet a Realtor like her . She is not only a good Realtor but also a good friend whom I can trust and rely on.
