Stephanie Gehrig

Our journey with Stephanie started almost six years ago when we met her at an open house she was hosting. Something about her just clicked with us. At that time we weren’t sure where our journey was taking us, but shortly after we relocated out of state for a couple years. When we returned to the area I reached out to Stephanie for assistance finding a rental, she went above and beyond and recommended we talk to a loan consultant about our future plans. We took her recommendation and referral and made a plan. Naturally, when we were ready to buy, we sought her out again, she showed us countless houses and was quick to find properties. She spoke candidly and honestly about our expectations, goals and options. When we found “the house” she helped us negotiate to exactly where we wanted to be. Setting up inspections was seamless and closing was a breeze. She had great recommendations for services and walked us through every step. Buying a house can be stressful (this was our third house purchase) but Stephanie talked us through it all. We always felt like friends, never just another client.
