I could say that Stephanie was the perfect real estate agent but details would be best. Stephanie’s manner is professional but calming. If we felt anxious, she had a way of conveying the options to us that would calm us down. When it came time to bid on a house that we truly wanted, Stephanie, in her calm way, would state we needed to come in strong with our bid. In regard to viewing houses from long distance, Stephanie would do a walk-through video for us. This was mission-critical. She noticed every little detail; checked water pressure in every faucet and shower, paint, flooring, ceiling stains, leaks, etc. She left no stone unturned. Stephanie always went the extra mile and guided us through the process. We felt blessed to have Stephanie as our real estate agent.
