When we first started the process of selling and buying our homes, we were told by someone that there wasnt value in realtors anymore and that we should use one of the newer services like Opendoor, Zillow, etc. to sell my home because it would be cheaper and easier. We had already hired Stephanie but we were second guessing using a realtor. Our lender reminded us that there is so much value in a good agent... luckily I listened to him and proceeded with Stephanie--she was INVALUABLE! From the moment we hired Stephanie, we felt heard and like we were in great hands. And here's why - Stephanie was knowledgeable about the current market in both areas that we were selling AND buying in. Our wants/needs were always addressed and considered, she educated us and guided us when it came to accepting offers on our sale and making competitive offers. She answered every email, call and/or text promptly (at one point we even asked her if we were her only buyers because she was ALWAYS so available and she informed us that she had FOURTEEN other buyers at that moment... but we had NO idea because she always made us feel like we were her only clients). She made very reasonable and helpful suggestions about things that needed to be addressed when we were selling so that we could maximize our profits when it came time to list our home. I know I'm going on and on about her but I havent even got to the good part yet... Stephanie sold our house in less than 3 days! 3 days! Not only that but she negotiated (well) OVER asking price and was able to get us extra time to find the RIGHT house to buy. When we found the (PERFECT) house, she was able to get it for us for UNDER asking price! (In case you didnt know, that's unheard of in this market). She did all of this with integrity and professionalism-best part is, I ended up with a friend in the deal too- more than 5 stars are deserved (thank you Stephanie!)
