I can not express in words how incredible Stephanie was as searching out and securing our home for us. We were operating on a very short timeline and could not travel here to house hunt. Stephanie did all of the leg work (literally) for us. She walked and videoed property after property for us and did not give up until, within a week we found the right house, had our offer in. Just over 30 days later we were moving in. She communicated with us every day, multiple times daily, keeping us updated on every aspect of the process. Simply amazing. I called her to request a showing on short notice and she was willing to drop what she was doing to meet me and show the property. She worked hard to find out the needed information and was very helpful in negotiating the price down. She continued to help with inspections, even after closing.
