Stephanie met with us and explained the best ways to sell our home quickly while still living in the home. We loaded up a POD with almost everything we had and left bare bones furniture in the house. We cleaned carpets, tiles and painted walls. Her photographer took amazing photos of the house and she was at our place when she said it just went live .... and her phone started ringing. We had several offers we decided not to go with and were in contract with a buyer within 2 weeks. Things moved so quickly. We couldn't have been happier with the work Stephanie did.
