From the beginning Stephanie was "all in" on our home sale. Starting with talking through staging ideas, addressing questions and concerns, bringing us boxes to help pack up the excess items in advance of showing, then more boxes later to help with the move. She has a full team of real estate professionals to photograph your home, set up a really effective web presence and keep you informed at every step, but she still maintained a personal, direct line of communication with us. All of these were incredible services, but I think that where she really blew us away was once we had our contract (six days on the market and we had a buyer). Stephanie got vendor quotes and set appointments for the little fixes the buyers asked for - I've never known an agent to handle that on behalf of their clients. On a number of occasions she came to the house to make sure things were taken care of; like following behind the surveyors to close a tricky gate latch, and stopping over after another agent showed the house, to turn off the lights and make sure everything was secure, because she knew we were away for the evening. She was the calm in the storm for all of the back and forth with the buyers, laying out all of our options, providing a variety of perspectives to consider, and calming nerves as we navigated this process. We felt completely supported all the way through the experience. We're two days past our closing and she's still checking in to make sure that we're happy and have all of our questions answered. We mean this sincerely; whether you're buying a home, selling a home or doing both, Stephanie is the agent you want.
