I was recently introduced to and had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Doroteo to sell my home. From start to finish, she was a delight. I never thought that I would qualify for a loan to buy my own home. Stephanie introduced me to a lender that helped me with pre qualification and she negotiated with the seller to cover my up front costs. I'm no longer renting, now my money is going towards something that I own. I'm still in dis belief that I own my own condo. Stephanie really helped keep me informed throughout the buying process, she answered every question I had, she even stopped buy a couple days before Thanksgiving and dropped off a pie for me and my family. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to get into a home, she made my dream come true.
