I had a rental in Corning, CA that was almost finished being renovated. I live in Reno, so it was a stressful situation for me. Upon meeting Stephanie, she helped me the minute I signed the listing agreement in getting the property ready and in good order for showing. I live in Reno so I did not want to travel more than I had to. Her professionalism, knowledge and kindness was much appreciated. We priced the home perfectly and I had a buyer within a week of the home being completed. Throughout the escrow process Stephanie as always available and made the sale and closing stress free and it closed very quickly. I have bought and sold over 8 properties in my life.
