Steph did a wonderful job under less the desirable cirecomstances, i.e. her in calif and me in colo. i had only visited the place that i bought once, so a i relied on Steph a lot more then usual. to keep me not only in the loop, but on top of all the daily changes regarding physical items being moved or changed and the need to have documents signed over the internet with me being a novice as far as the computer is concered. this sale would not have happened with out the efforts of Stephanie Destatte. thank you Steph!!

When we decided to sell our condo, we engaged Stephanie, who we had met in another contest. She rapidly took over, aggressively marketed and held our hands during what was otherwise a stressful time.
